Saint-Paul de Vence is a legendary village on the French Riviera. Behind its high battlements, this medieval town leads the good life with its picturesque facades, its sloping alleyways where stars and the hoi polloi cross paths, its gay petanque matches, its chapel decorated by the artist Folon, its gourmet restaurants and many art galleries, that, for some, allow us to discover true talents.

are perhaps most delightful in the springtime. Even so, Orion is worth a visit in the fall and winter too, because the sky is clearer than ever, and the light this side of the Riviera is only more flattering on the surrounding landscapes. Additionally, Diane has come up with a few sweet indulgences for her guests in the form of an eco-sauna and an organic basket of goodies to share over a glass of champagne. Each of these cocoons borrows its name from one of the classics of children’s literature, “The Jungle Book” by Rudyard

An adult is nothing more than a big kid who plays with toys his own size. He or she no longer uses toy cars, but drives his or her own, more or less safely. He or she no longer dresses a Barbie doll, but coordinates his or her wardrobe according to the latest trends. And when he or she imagines a romantic weekend, increasingly he or she turns away from luxury hotels to dream up an unusual place that combines “adventure” with “immature” and “bohemian” with “I love you” …a yurt, a caravan or… a tree house! This thirst for new experiences has, for a few years now, made the success of the
