But above all, there’s the philosophy of the place:
The domain functions on geothermal power, solar energy and natural gas; the maintenance products are organic; the plants are fed with recycled water; the waste is sorted and recycled; the light bulbs used are low energy; and the grounds are irrigated and arranged to protect the site from fire. Of course, we might also add that this oenological domain, which extends over 30 hectares of vineyards classified AOC Ventoux and Luberon, follows sound agricultural principles – and that the wine is available to sample in the tasting ateliers. We might also point out that the three restaurants – gastronomic, casual and natural – serve delicious contemporary Mediterranean cuisine. But do we really need any more reasons to come here and listen to the cicadas sing?
