The month of September begins, and with it the grape harvest… the picking of these heavy bunches of shiny berries brings the promise of a wine of subtle aromas, a true concentration of the summer’s hot sun.

François is surrounded by a happy team from the four corners of the world to help him in his task, the grape harvest…. And happy with the good crop, under the blue sky of Provence, on the northern slope of the Luberon. He bought the winery with his English wife Sally, a decade ago already, an 18th-century silkworm farm surrounded by old vines.
